Umsatzsteuervergünstigungen aufgrund des Ergänzungsabkommens zum Protokoll über die NATO-Hauptquartiere; BMF-Schreiben vom 2. Juni 1995 - IV C 4 - S 7493 - 9/95 - (BStBl I S. 353)

Nach Abschluß der neuen NATO-Kommandostruktur haben sich die Bezeichnungen und Anschriften der NATO-Hauptquartiere teilweise geändert.

Absatz 2 des BMF-Schreibens vom 11. Juni 1981 - IV A 3 - S 7493 - 1/81 - (BStBl 1981 I S. 497) in der Fassung des BMF-Schreibens vom 2. Juni 1995 - IV C 4 - S 7493 - 9/95 - (BStBl 1995 I S. 353) erhält deshalb folgende Fassung:

„(2) Hauptquartiere im Sinne des Artikels 14 des Ergänzungsabkommens zum Protokoll über die NATO-Hauptquartiere sind:

  • Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE), Casteau/BE

  • Regional Headquarters Allied Forces North Europe (RHQ AFNORTH), Brunssum/NL und Baumholder, Rheindahlen, Pirmasens, Euskirchen, Bad Bergzabern und Datteln/Deutschland (Anteile)

  • Headquarters AMF (L), 69019 Heidelberg

  • Joint Headquarters Centre (JHQ CENTRE), Postfach 10 26 20, 69016 Heidelberg

  • Headquarters Allied Air Forces North (HQ AIRNORTH), Ramstein, Air Base

  • NATO Airborne Early Warning and Control Force Command Headquarters (NAEW FC HQ), Mons/BE

  • NATO E 3 A Component of the NAEW-Force, Geilenkirchen

  • Headquarters ACE Rapid Reaction Corps (HQ ARRC), Mönchengladbach
